Connect your systems and reduce repetitive work
When software does not fit the process, your team fills the gaps with spreadsheets, emails and repeated data entry. We develop web platforms, integrations and automation around the actual task.
Start with a real task
Orders may arrive in your store and then be typed into another system. Campaign entries may be collected online but checked manually elsewhere. We map where the data comes from, who uses it and what happens when something goes wrong.
Sometimes an integration is enough. Other cases need a dedicated module or platform with specific roles and business rules.
What we can develop
- Campaign and registration platforms with agreed participation rules and administration.
- Client or partner portals for requests, documents and status information.
- API integrations between websites, stores, CRM, stock systems and external services.
- Automated data transfers, notifications, status changes and reports.
- Custom administration modules for tasks a standard platform does not handle well.
An API is an interface through which systems exchange information. We review its documentation and limits before confirming the integration scope.
Plan for interruptions
An external service can become unavailable, return incomplete data or receive the same request twice. We define retries, error records and situations requiring a person to intervene.
Permissions and recovery steps form part of the specification. Some important decisions may appropriately retain a manual approval step.
How the project progresses
- Describe the workflow using real examples, fields and roles.
- Check integration capabilities and unresolved technical questions.
- Develop the agreed core workflow for testing with sample data.
- Test normal operation, failures and permissions before deployment.
Scope and cost
The number of workflows and systems, data rules, roles and error handling affect the estimate. An older system without documentation may require a separate investigation phase.
Describe one task that takes too much time, the software involved and the expected output. That gives us a better starting point than a list of preferred technologies alone.
Common questions
Must we replace our existing software?
Not necessarily. We first check whether it can exchange the data you need.
Can we begin with a small module?
Yes. We define a core workflow and acceptance checks before expanding to further scenarios.
What do you need from us?
A process description, relevant documentation and representative data without unnecessary personal information. Access is scoped to the work, using a test environment where available.
What if an external provider changes its API?
The integration may need updating. Monitoring, notifications and future adaptation should be covered by the support agreement.
Tell us what you need
Send your website address, if you have one, and describe the task. We will clarify the scope and the information needed for a proposal.
