Website design and development

A website that makes the next step clear

Your visitors need to understand what you offer and how to reach you. We plan the content, design the pages and build the website around those practical needs.

Start with what needs to work better

A website may look dated, be difficult to use on a phone or fail to explain your services. We first identify the problem. That helps decide whether you need a new website, a redesign or a smaller improvement to an existing page.

We develop company websites, product websites and landing pages. For a redesign, we review the existing content and important URLs before changing the structure.

What we agree in the project scope

  • Page structure and content: the pages you need, the information on each and who supplies copy, images and translations.
  • Responsive design: layouts for desktop and mobile, including navigation, forms and longer headings.
  • Development and editing: the agreed features and administration fields your team will use.
  • Technical SEO: clear URLs, page titles, descriptions, internal links and a sitemap. Existing URLs are reviewed for redirects when needed.
  • Launch checks: testing key journeys, forms, phone links and content editing.

From the first conversation to launch

  1. We discuss your customers, goals, content, budget and constraints.
  2. We agree the structure and review the main designs before development.
  3. We build the pages and administration, then add the agreed content.
  4. We test the website, resolve identified issues and show your team how to edit it.

What affects the price?

The number of distinct page layouts matters more than a page count alone. Custom features, languages, content migration and connections to other systems also affect the work involved.

Send us your current URL, a short description of your business and the actions visitors should be able to take. We separate development from recurring costs such as hosting, domain renewal, licences and ongoing support.

Questions before commissioning a website

Can we update it ourselves?

Yes. We agree the editable areas before development and include them in the administration. Additional modules are defined in the scope.

Should we use WordPress?

It can be a suitable option for content-led websites. A custom build may suit a more specific workflow. We consider integrations, future development and maintenance before recommending an approach.

Will a redesign affect our rankings?

It can. Reviewing important URLs, planning redirects and monitoring indexing helps reduce the risk. Unchanged rankings cannot be guaranteed.

How long will the project take?

We agree a schedule after defining the scope. It includes content preparation, feedback and testing. Tell us early if launch is tied to an event or campaign.

Tell us what you need

Send your website address, if you have one, and describe the task. We will clarify the scope and the information needed for a proposal.
